For support, please contact an authorized dealer in your area for fast assistance and replacements. In areas without a dealer, we offer remote support via Zoho Lens, where our experts use AR (Augmented Reality) technology to help with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Q: How compatible are the batteries with different inverters?
A: Our batteries work with most popular inverters through CAN or Modbus communication. If your inverter brand isn't listed, provide us with its communication protocol, and we can upgrade our system. You can select the protocol on the LCD screen.

Q: Are LeFu ESS lithium batteries safe?
A: LeFu ESS uses LiFePO4 battery cells, which are safer and more thermally stable than other lithium types. These batteries do not catch fire or explode in overcharge or short-circuit situations. With a cycle life exceeding 6,000 cycles at 25°C and a 0.5C charge rate, they also have low self-discharge and stable output.
